I loved that book. I saw the play too. In Salem they do some plays. Its really interesting

And later to find out it was all a hoax! Those poor poor people. They even hanged 3 dogs cause they gave the "evil eye" You do have to wonder what was up with the average person's thinking capacity back then. I remember watching about the trials on TV and one of the evidences used against a woman was that she put her finger in her mouth.

I used to know some witches and even practiced for awhile but wasnt that big into it.

i think its because people are freaking crazy! i think we have the same thing today with other religions. like muslim or hindu. we don't understand it and its different so we don't trust it or we think that they are wrong and anti-christs...sorry OT

i think its because people are freaking crazy! i think we have the same thing today with other religions. like muslim or hindu. we don't understand it and its different so we don't trust it or we think that they are wrong and anti-christs...sorry OT But those two religions are the same way towards wiccans (well maybe not so much the hindus) but in Muslim land even being an atheist is enough to get you killed according to the Shari laws. So in all fairness, Christians are not the only religion out there guilty of persecution of other groups.

i know...we had to read the koran in my lit class and i have an argument with this crazy sub. he just ticked me off and then confused me and it was just bad.
salem sounds like fun, ive never been to that part of the country and id love to see it

It is interesting! I live in this part of the country so it's not hard for me to get to there. MA has a lot of very interesting historical sites.
