Considering my big recipe was english muffin pizza's you may want to rethink that statement. Hey, food is food! Besides, everything tastes better when I'm not the one who has to cook it!

Muffinfrigginpizza?? lol I aint a pizza person so I aint goin' there. Truth is though, Robin does most of my cooking as she loves it. Married to a chef makes my life a lot easier and I enjoy my food. If however, you enjoy a hot breakfast, nuke your peanut M&M's.

This stuff is evil...but soooo good!
Gooey Butter Cake 1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups confectioners' sugar (I didn't use 4...I cut it to about 3) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix cake mix, melted butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with a spoon. Pat into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla with an electric mixer. Slowly beat in confectioner's sugar. Pour over cake layer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.

Better than myMother in law's Beef and Noodles
Ingredients: 2-ish lbs stew meat 1 can beef stock 6 small boullion cubes 2 bags medium sized kluski noodles your choice of spices...I play with this a lot.
Directions: -Put beef stock and boullion in a pot of water and set to boil -brown stew meat in butter and spices- don't be stingy with either...I dump it all in. -add meat to boiling water, set to simmer and cover for at least 4 hours. Taste broth after an hour or so to adjust spices if needed. - Add noodles a half-hour before serving.

Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 tablespoons butter 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup (I used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of potato) 1 onion, finely diced 2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water (I used chicken broth) to cover. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center. (I cook the biscuts in the crock for 1 1/2 hours instead of 30 min.)

Strawberries With Marsala Cream
2 punnets strawberries 300 ml (1/2 pint) cream 1/3 cup sugar 2 egg whites 2 tablespoons Marsala (a sweet fortified wine) Wash and hull strawberries then slice them in half and put into 6 individual serving glasses.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Beat cream and sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
Gently fold egg whites and Marsala into the whipped cream.
Spoon the Marsala cream over the strawberries and serve immediately.
This exotic, light cream goes well with many chilled fruits as well as fruit salad. Also over your missus... hey I can't help it.

Also... Sesame Ginger Prawns (for 2 or 3) Shrimp for the yanks...
Ingredients:
450 grams shelled green prawns 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 Tablespoon sherry (*or for an interesting slightly different taste - Chinese rice wine vinegar) 1 Teaspoon sesame oil 1 clove garlic minced finely About 1 inch long stem of green ginger minced finely *Optionally you can add a bare ¼ teaspoon of five spice powder Spread prawns in a single layer in a flat bowl. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the prawns, stirring to ensure all prawns are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the prawns a couple of times during the stand time.
Bring the BBQ plate up to a medium heat, lightly oil the plate and toss on the prawns, making sure they are all flat on the plate. Cook for about 2 minutes then turn and cook for a further 2 minutes. Spoon over any remaining marinade while cooking. Adjust the heat and cooking time according to the size of the prawns - don’t overcook them! (You could of course use a thick bottomed frying pan, skillet or wok on the stove if you don’t want to use the BBQ)
Serve with your favourite bread and a fresh green salad with oriental style dressing.

So, it's summer and along come the BBQ's, picnics, and sundry gatherings that require your standard potato salad type thing. I found this recipe a few years ago and I will tell you this- it is nothing short of spectacular. And, it's easier to make than falling off a log. No, it's not low-fat and certainly not low-carb, but guaranteed you will not go home with an empty dish. You will be stalked for this recipe: LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD (Serves 6) INGREDIENTS * 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, cubed * 1 cup sour cream * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese * 1/4 cup crumbled bacon DIRECTIONS 1. Place the potatoes into a pot, and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain, and set aside to cool. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the onions, and half of the cheese. Gently stir in the cooled potatoes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, and sprinkle bacon bits over the top.
