I enjoyed the first part of the investigation, I am not super crazy about kris but I seemed to like her a lot more with this crew. They seem younger and fresher and she fits in more here (IMO) and I loooooove brian so whateva I do what I want, I am so sad to see him go. I didnt watch the second investigation yet. Will get back to you on it.

Barry's stew looked yum! If I would have eaten it, I am sure I would have wound up sleeping in the corner during the investigation. The "most haunted place in Britian" disappointed me. I think that poor tourguide didn't want to hear the true history. I think they burst his bubble. They didn't even bring up the flooring in the monks murder room on camera. Back to the Irish castle....I would so live there! It looked awesome! And I would slide down that railing everyday because it looks fun

Another solid episode. I would rather see minimal evidence than things being 'altered. The editing seemed a little off compared to 'Devil Dog.' I think once things settle in it will only continue to get better. As usual, I cant wait for the next one.

I still feel GHI is head and shoulders above GH. Didn't like the gratuitous Jason and Grant cameo - but other than that, loved it.

I saw this whole epi essentially without sound- at a bar on vacation. So I cannot comment on substantive contents, but rather the 'feel' of the show. As they say, nonverbal is 90% of the game. I think the changes are exciting and add a sense of unpredictability and edginess to the whole thing- something that is not altogether bad when considering the topic. I like that the show and crew are continuing to find their sea legs. IMHO, many shows need a season and a half to really find their niche.
On a surface level, the good signs are that Robb is coming into his own and showing a level of comfort with his leadership that proves appealing and (in truth) sexy with female viewers. (I can count Chrissy, Hoobs, and myself in the ranks of "noticing" Robb for the first time). The bad news is that weaker and more laughable members like Andy are still around to lend an air of lesser credibility to the show.(I know, he debunks like a mad-man, but who, really WHO respects this guy?)
This will likely not sit well with many people here, but to Donna and (especially) Brian- a fond and definite farewell. There are many others ready, willing, and most especially, able, to fill your seats. In this day and age, ghost hunting is hot and the field is rife with takers willing to show up, travel without complaints, and deal with the hardships of filming in unfamiliar and uncomfortable locations.
My novice arm-chair quarterback opinion is that staff changes will be tweaked until the crew is a solid, credible representation of not only what GHI puts into each episode, but what GHI hopes to convey as an accurate representation of each location.
