Sequel talk has begun. If the rumors I saw are true, it looks like the Riddler is the next at bat.
Personally, I think that the Riddler needs to be portrayed like he was in the 1990s cartoon series, very cerebral. One of the things that have bugged me about past Riddler portrayals (Frank Gorshin, Jum Carrey) were too over the top. It was like watching another Joker. Now, the Riddler in the animated series was played intelligent (well voiced by John Glover). In the cartoon, he is (to my recollection) the first villain who actually gets away from Batman (yes, he outthinks the Batman!). That helped bring the Riddler to a new level.

i wonder who'll they would get to play the riddler... and i hope we don't have to wait as long for the 3rd one as the 2nd

I agree GG, I enjoyed the 90's cartoon. I also enjoyed that style of riddler, the thinking man's riddler. Edward Nigma was always my favorite villian from the Batman canaan. When I was a child I loved his costume, and as I got older I liked the premise but did think he was too spazzy.
