Well a lot of people believe that the ghosts of objects such as trains and ships could be from an imprint of e.m.f.. The reason being is the repetitiveness of those things throughout their time. But what about this...
It's equation for a wormhole. It is believed that wormholes throw off time and if they are not functioning right it can cause a ripple. I guess to put it simply, if an object like a train is most frequently seen in that location it might be because there was more of a chance that it get caught in a wormhole. If nothing was ever there, chances are you would never see anything re-occur.
Just an idea...
Unfortunately, the EMF theory that a few of the psychological community (so few physicists have ventured here) have posited toward spiritual imprinting has no coherence scientifically. Einstein-Rosen Bridges are hypothetical and unproven; they are also based upon an explanation of space-time that is meant for gravitational discussion--not ideal for micro substance and time. The idea of imprinting really needs a mathematical structure behind it--what imprints, how, how many dimensions does this work in? A necessary foray into quantum mech. and likely into some exploratory math (such as string theory) might give a little more structure to the argument that EMF can explain how trauma, or repetition, can cause a fundamental change in observable reality.
I like the wormhole idea though--probably not too likely, but fun. If wormholes were occuring regularly on the Earth, theorists would need much more discussion into the hairy mathematical details of how they could, and why they would, occur in environments that don't have incredible gravitational fields present. Not that it is impossible--just not testable; or even analytically solvable mathematically at the present time. I know that some of the UFO people like the Bermuda Triangle and Dragon's Triangle in relationship to wormhole, and multiple dimensional theories. Would be interesting to expand upon formally.
I give the post a thumbs up for the metric though--I like people to get technical on these boards, so many people don't!
