Did anyone catch the re-play of the Ghost Adventurers on SciFi last night (5/28) at the Gold Field Hotel?
That's guys voice sounds so much like the guy on Paranormal State. The style is similar too.
And what was with that brick flying off. Did anyone buy it?

It really looking like it was launched by a board that went flying after the brick!!! I though so too, Lit. Or it was a projections. There's something about the way it moves that seems to have no mass. I think it's a projection of some kind. No dust rises with it, nothing is moved by the brick. Hmmmmm...

we are assuming that it was a brick! I could have been a foam block the same size as a brick!! That way it would have sailed very easily!!! But I still thank that the board was rigged to make the "brick" fly through the air!

And what was with that brick flying off. Did anyone buy it? They had a "scientist" on to say that the brick could not move like that if it were connected to a fishing line or rigged in some other way - a brick is too heavy. That, however, is only correct if we assume it was a brick, and not a foam prop. Brink walls fall on people all the time in movies - and you know they are just foam. The thing was entertainment. Nothing more. But it was entertaining IMO. Well, I guess I should have read Lit's response before I posted. Lit and I are on the same page... it's foam!

It took off right on cue as the camera turned to it.

It also seemed like the camera followed the "brick" as it flew which seems odd since the guy was screaming bloody murder. If I was that freaked, I don't think I'd be videotaping a flying brick while holding perfectly still long enough to catch it's flight path.

And, they were screaming and bouncing around before the brick left the ground. The camera held still long enough for us to see the "brick" reach the peak of its arc. Also, when they showed the "brick" flying at various speeds, there was no dust coming off of it. Was that the only clean brick in the room?
