Hi I just read a very interesting story in the daily star about a crop circle found near Barbury Castle, This is what the article says [ Maths experts are stunned after one of the most complex crop circles of all appeared in Britain. The new formation is a coded image of the first 10 digits of Pi, a constant used in calculations involving circles and spheres. It was created in a barley field near Barbury Castle, an Iron Age hill fort at Wroughton, Wilts. Astrophysicist Mike Reed spotted Pi - 3.141592654 - in the design, which is 150ft across, and explained it with this diagram right. He said " the little dot near the centre is the decimal point." Lucy Pringle, who took this photo and is an expert in crop circles , said " This is an astounding development - a ground-breaking event." ] Heres a link to the same story : www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/science/article4160477.eceSo what does everyone think aliens, pranksters or something else?

I always thought that crop circles were fascinating. Not so much the thought of them being "out of this world", but moreso the complexity and size of those that pop up. Although I will always bank my money on a human source, it boggles the mind sometimes as to how someone with no top-down view could create some of these.
