Some of my favorite movies are the ones made by Eugene Levy and Christopher Guest. They made 'Best in Show', 'Waiting for Gufman', 'A Mighty Wind', etc. They also made 'This is Spinal Tap'. They are the funniest shows.

The only movie that actually scared me was The Grudge. I don't like little dead kid ghosts like Samara, it gives me the creeps.
Fav Movie- will I still watch all the Star Wars movies with my son. I liked Office Space, Clerks (especially Randall), The Bourne Identity movies, and list would go on forever.
Most Ground Breaking Movie award goes to: The Matrix (cant say I would have seen that coming after watching Bill and Ted).

Well, the movie that disturbed me the most was Silence of the Lambs. It was a great movie but I watched it when I was 4 month pregnant and I had night mares about it through out my pregnancy. Maybe it is because the killer was based on real serial killers. I don't know. One of my favorite movies is Oh brother where for art thou. I just love than movie. I love that movie. It's frigging hilarious yet totally bizarre. The best part is the little kid saying r-u-n-n-o-f-t.

OK - I confess - the Amityville Horror scared the daylights out of me. So did the book.
There is an old movie in black and white, and it's the original (not the remake with Liam Neeson) called "The Haunting". It was just downright frightening. It talked about cold spots, and weird creepy things that you see on Ghost Hunters. The parts that scared me the most were that the four "ghost investigators" (two women and two men) of this huge mansion spent the night, with the men in one bedroom and the women in another. Something unseen would bang against the walls and you could hear it coming down the hallway. Anyway, in the morning, the one lady said to the other lady,, "Thank you for holding my hand last night" and the other lady said "I wasn't holding your hand!" Ever since then I won't sleep with my hands outside my covers!! I think I remember that movie. Was it The Haunting of Hell House? The scene with the door bowing in was pretty crazy. What was the one with Pamela Franklin and Roddy McDowell? I still think that Poltergeist was the scariest, so was the first Alien. Poltergeist got a yell out of me and that's a big two thumbs up for that!

I have tons of favorite movies. Currently Lord of the Rings and the Underworld movies are my favorite. I have quite a large genera I'll watch, I even own Phantom of the Opera. I do enjoy movies that make you think, or when it's over you feel like wtf? ?? I just watched Clover Fields the other day, and that one really made me wonder.

The part with the sirens and the frogs was great too! This movie actually made The Odyssey an enjoyable story.

Best damn movies ever made are the Bourne trilogy. Now the next two are about to hit.The fourth installment of the series is called, The bourne Betrayal. Action, suspense, drama and bloody good story telling. Now apparently the scariest movie that has been made in a while was'nt scary in the sensethat it made you jump or hide under the covers, it was the scariest because it was real. Based on fact with apparenly very little hollywood thrown in, maybe cos it was made down under, was about a serial killer in the Australian outback. One of Hollywoods top horror film makers was quoted as saying, "Scariest movie he has ever seen. The main actor was being interviewed and he was laughing about the night it premiered, there was a girl in the row in front of him and she was shitting herself during one scene and she screamed tried to hide her face and turn around. When she turned to hide her face from him, who did she see sitting behing her?? lmao I would have paid cash just to see that.

Gatta tell ya .. there is one man who has haunted my dreams from Poltergiest 2 : His face haunts me ... and probably will the rest of my life. Yeah, really! Did you know the actor was dying when he made that movie and in a lot of physical pain?
