OK - I confess - the Amityville Horror scared the daylights out of me. So did the book.
There is an old movie in black and white, and it's the original (not the remake with Liam Neeson) called "The Haunting". It was just downright frightening. It talked about cold spots, and weird creepy things that you see on Ghost Hunters. The parts that scared me the most were that the four "ghost investigators" (two women and two men) of this huge mansion spent the night, with the men in one bedroom and the women in another. Something unseen would bang against the walls and you could hear it coming down the hallway. Anyway, in the morning, the one lady said to the other lady,, "Thank you for holding my hand last night" and the other lady said "I wasn't holding your hand!" Ever since then I won't sleep with my hands outside my covers!!

Well, the movie that disturbed me the most was Silence of the Lambs. It was a great movie but I watched it when I was 4 month pregnant and I had night mares about it through out my pregnancy. Maybe it is because the killer was based on real serial killers. I don't know. One of my favorite movies is Oh brother where for art thou. I just love than movie.

An old classic movie that I really liked is Cape Fear. Not that remake but the one with Robert Mitchum and it is in black and white.
Other movies I like are zombie movies, especially the remake of Night of the Living Dead or the 1979 version of Dawn of the Dead. lol And wouldn't ya know, to this day I still have zombie nightmares but love the zombie movies.

Ok the only movie to scare me was exorsist. the make up on linda blair was "Hawesome"{sorry}. I'll get slammed for this but Yellow submarine is still an awesome movie. When I was a kid and sick it seemed at least one station would have that one. Yes I AM THE CHIEF BLUE MEANIE.
