I cannot even begin to describe what this thing is. I looks like it has long white legs and literally springs off into thin air- it appears for just one second on the video, but you can see it's astonishingly quick movement. If you read the commentary left by the poster, you can see he's pretty stumped. IMHO, it doesn't have the makings of a fake- the camera was definitely not focused on it but on the child playing. I've watched it a dozen times and paused it. What do you think? Freaky... www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntJHmfaBLvA&feature=related

That is strange it almost looks like skeletal legs running.

It looks to me like something being tossed by the cameraman or somebody right next to the cameraman. It starts out out of focus and changes to being in focus as it passes the distance that the child is in. It then goes back out of focus as it moves beyond the range of the child. That tells me it is a physical object of some kind. The light reflecting off it has to be altered by the camera lense to be seen clearly. It's also is tumbling like a thrown object. And, the camera follows its motion.
When it reaches the far wall, it's hard to see what it does, but the child seems to react to it. Maybe the child hears it hitting the wall? It looks like a doggy chew toy to me. IMO

Interesting video, but I think it's a fake.
1) The video seems to be focused on the kid, but if you watch it a few times, you notice that while the kid is screen center, the area in which the object to is always in the shot. It looked as if the camera man staged the shot in such a way so that a quick view doesn't pick up on the area always being in shot.
2) The object that moves across the screen does appear to be skeletal in nature, but seems to movie like it's running on a cable or something. Movement of the legs seems to be a bit dangly (like they were hanging free)
It's pretty well thought out, but I think it's still a fake.

Great point on how the camera keeps that area in the shot- but it's only 9 seconds, so it's still hard to say. As far as the thing being on a cable, I'm not so sure. It's not dangling at all, it actually springs off of one leg and then lifts it up.

I watched it (yet) again. Discounting the fact that it looks too solid (having never seen a ghost for real, I cannot accept that as a reason against it being real), I still say that it's staged.
1) As I stated before, the shot always keeps that area in the frame, though not center. granted, we are not seeing all of the footage, but for what we see, it is on frame.
2) I noticed this the first time, but seeing it again, it's kind of bugging me. there is no interaction between the camera man and the subject (assuming that it is the child). The only sounds you hear are from the kid. You'd think that if it was a footage of the child that caught something unusual, you'd hear something from the cameraman. It's as if he's quietly waiting for something to happen... something that doesn't involve the kid.
3) The shot is framed in such a way that you could not see a string rig (only the "legs" and "waist" of the object scene, plus the small stature of the subject). The object in question appears to be a pair of skeletal legs. It would be pretty easy to rig a string on an incline to allow the skeleton to slide throught the shot like it does.
4) Watching it again and again, I just am not seeing the movement in the "legs" that looks like walking. It looks like the legs are dangling free, or, if anything, may have been pushed to swing before release. But it just doesn't look like "walking."

To me it looks like someone wearing one of those black one piece jumpsuit that has a skeleton drawn on it .. like the guys did in the Karate Kid at the halloween party (ya I just pulled out the Karate kid Card lol ) looks like they are trying to quickly run across the balcony to beind the wall. Thats what it seemed like to me

If you read the comments on the youtube page by the poster, that person is extremely defensive in advance that people will say it is a fake. To me, that raises a red flag. It would be the last thing to occur to me if I had a video to post - worrying about people accusing me of it being fake. As a matter of fact, I'd welcome debunking and logical explanations - since that is always my mindset when I have had an experience that could be paranormal.

That's true and actually, if I were to catch something like this on a video the last thing that would come to my mind is a "ghost". Therefore I wouldn't mind it so much if people didn't sing the ghost tune about it and instead brought up may other possibilities.

I think the title has some falsities to it as well. "Real Scary Ghost.." Hardly.

Oh and also the tags are strange...notice at the bottom the poster has tagged the video under "Love" and "Sex"...interesting. I think this is a front so people will visit their website which is stated in their scrolling avatar.

I find those two tags a lot. On regular things like clips of random shows like hells kitchen or something else non sexual. i think someone thinks more people will watch their video. I dunno If I was a guy and typed sex into the search bar at youtube and that baby video popped up between three shots of girls asses I would probably not click on it. That's just me though.....
