Foz and I started a work out buddy group... and several people have showed interest in joining. We don't actually get together, rather we take an hour Monday and Wednesdays and work out either in a gym, or living room/ take a walk etc. I was thinking we could form a forum buddy/support group and those who were interested could take part! We could share ideas, recipes, etc! Let me know who's game, and we'll do reports?

Great thread Amara!!! We're having fun with this and it's great moral support, so anyone who wants to join us, let us know! It's so much easier to want to get some exercise when you have friends supporting you.

I've lost over 100 pounds and have 20 more to go and am having a tough time getting motivated. I would love to join your group. I work Mondays, but I'm off Wednesdays.

Thanks everyone for the responses! I have a few questions about exercises... Does anyone have good suggestions for ones that will tone legs and butt? Those brownies and pb cookies are um.... not liking those areas! Hehe
