I already told Chelle I am in. Just let me know I want to get my butt to look like I am a teenager again. I need some serious ideas. I have lost 30 lbs in the last 6 months and I just need to tone some areas up.

mondays are the 6:30 - 7:30 i think, and weds are 6-7... or the other way around? lol foz where are ya girl??

I'm kinda confused. Are those the times we chat about working out and getting healthy, or are those the times we actually work out? I "power walk" at the lake an hour a day Sun, Wed, and Fri. I jog 30 min. a day Mon, Tues, and Thurs. I've gone from 256 pounds down to my present weight of 156. My fat pics are on Myspace. I want to get down to 130 but am having a tough time getting motivated to cut the calories. Help :-)

those are the times we work out... but pple can work out any time those days... since i'll be working from 2-10:30 i won't be able to work out at those times... congrats on losing the weight! i know i am losing at least some, my clothes are getting looser as far as chatting, i'm not sure when we could all meet? anyone have any suggestions?
