I started eating the Special K products and what I have had so far are good. The snack bars are really good and very addicting. But they have 90 calories in them. I figured I can eat them and work out at them same time. If you go to specialk.com and click start special K program it will ask you a series of questions and give you a schedule of what to eat. Dinner is always your choice. So I'm gonna see how it works for a while. If I loose anything I'm gonna stick with it

Uh....I ate so much on my last trip to NC, I gained 5 pounds - total of 10 this month. Yes, I'm serious. I'm fasting today and took a water pill. Good grief!!

I lost another pound today. Im sooo excited. Well, I hope I still have that pound off before monday. I hate alot yesturday and tonight is my friends 21st wine and dessert party. I went to her house last night to help her with the food. Its not so much dessert any more as it is chicken cutlets, meatballs, pigs in a blanket. then the desserts are chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels, mini cheesecakes (my favorites), cookies, cake and about 10 different wines. I hope this couple pounds stay off!!!!
