Okay lissleigh - I am going to live vicariously through you. I love pop tarts (can't have them because of the gluten) - what flavor?

I'm doing the Sonoma Lifestyle of eating and my Wii Fit or swimming laps in the pool everyday. I've lost a few pounds, but more importantly, everything that matters is firming up and I'm feeling gooooood.

ohhh I have gotten to 123 ish and plateau'd crap I am being so careful but i do have a problem with eating late at nite, i am so busy with my son in the evening doing his bath and feeding him that by the time he falls asleep i am starving and tend to binge a lil. Which i am still not going over my 1500 or less goal for cals and i dont really eat any crap food, but i consume about half those calories at nite after my son goes to sleep. I think thats causing me some problems. I know 123 doesnt sound like much but i am 5'0 and a thin build/ bone structure, so i should be more like 115 which would be a great goal. I wanna do a cabbage soup week too. no whammies you seem to be well informed, is there anything i could have some of at night to fill my tummy so i am not hungry that wont stop my weight loss. Would cabbage soup work? I usually make mine with one can of stewed tomatoes, some low sodium chicken stock, two large bakers potatoes i boil them down until they dissolve so the broth is silky, one large onion and one cabbage whole. Is that bad? Oh and two table spoons of brown sugar, and fill the rest of the pan with water in a huge pot. and some ground pepper. lol. I have lost track of what i was saying now i am hungry lol.
